CR|Daccord is the result of the merger of two preeminent firms: Chicago Realty Company and the Daccord Group. The firm was started by five professionals who shared a common ambition: To create a full-service firm that works across the entire real estate life cycle, while retaining a small firm culture and sensibility. Each partner left big-firm careers to be closer to clients and closer to the work itself.
Chicago Realty Company was founded in 2005 by David Ariola and Chris Hill. The firm specialized in comprehensive commercial brokerage services, focused on Tenant Representation and project delivery services, primarily for complex urban projects with multiple public/private financing sources.
The Daccord Group was also founded in 2005 by three 25-year industry veterans – Len Skiba, Jerry Strum and Dave Guiterriez. DACCORD provided owners, developers, contractors, architects and engineers with comprehensive, day-to-day management of public and private projects.
